Leadership today means making complex decisions on a daily basis, taking responsibility, and at the same time remaining empathetic, authentic and clear. Here, you are provided with a safe space to reflect on current challenges and develop new perspectives.
As an external sparring partner, I provide you with personalised, confidential and practical support to help you specifically strengthen your effectiveness as a leader, whilst becoming more aware of and incorporating your own needs.
The coaching offers you time and space for personal development, honest reflection and new clarity. Together, we look at what is currently on your mind. This often leads to new perspectives on the issues and needs underlying a situation.

How coaching works:
In coaching, the focus is on you and your individual concerns. Together, we look at current challenges, goals and issues.
- Understanding your concerns and situation
What is on your mind right now? Where are you experiencing stress, uncertainty or conflict? What decisions do you need to make? What goal do you hope to achieve through coaching? Often, new perspectives and clarity begin to emerge at this stage.
- Recognising and reflecting on connections
We create space to consciously perceive patterns, dynamics and possible causes. Through targeted questions, reflection and insights, new perspectives emerge and greater clarity is gained about what is helpful and right for you, and how you can make greater use of your own resources.
- Developing new courses of action

- Transferring into everyday life
Coaching does not end with valuable insights. What matters is putting them into practice in daily life. That is why we work together to see how you can implement changes step by step and what supports you in leading effectively and authentically in the long term.

Emergency Coaching
Duration: 1-2 hours
Location: Online
Participants: 1:1 Session

I support your leaders 1:1 on-site over the course of two consecutive working days as a confidential external sparring partner. Together, we develop concrete conversation strategies and strengthen their ability to conduct empathetic and confident feedback, development, and annual review conversations through practical tools and effective questioning techniques.
Intensive Leadership Days
Duration: 2 days
Ort: In-house client
Teilnehmer: Joint kick-off session, followed by 1:1 sessions with leaders
1. To ensure tailored support for each leader, the following steps are included:
Preliminary consultation (2–4 weeks prior to the INTENSIVE DAYS, online, 1–2 hours) with HR and — depending on the organization — involving top management as appropriate:
- Clarification of the organizational structure
- Determination of the number of participating leaders and allocation of 1:1 time slots
- Review of existing conversation templates, questionnaires, and company standards
- Definition of key cross-departmental topics and priorities
2. Joint Kick-Off (morning of the first INTENSIVE DAY)
- Framework and process of the INTENSIVE DAYS
- Brief introduction to my approach and methods
- Introduction to empathetic communication and leadership conversations
3. Implementation (2 INTENSIVE DAYS)
- Confidential 1:1 sessions with participating leaders during the agreed time slots
- Ideally, 1–2 shared meals with the kick-off group
4. Closing session (end of the second INTENSIVE DAY)
- Feedback round
