I believe that curiosity about people, perspectives, and needs is the foundation for genuine connection, clear communication, and sustainable leadership.
As a systemic coach, my primary role is to ask thought-provoking questions that spark awareness, new perspectives, and new ways of acting.
I enjoy working with methods that challenge established thinking patterns, open up mental frames, and make blind spots visible – particularly in the fascinating field of empathy competence.
I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food industry, including current leadership responsibility, along with formal training as a systemic coach.
An additional perspective comes from my background in stress management and naturopathic medicine.
In complex organizations where people interact, dynamics are similar to those of the human body: clear cause-and-effect relationships are rare. How we think, feel, and behave emerges from a web of interdependencies.
I combine hands-on leadership experience, a systemic 360-degree perspective, and empathy to support leaders in developing solutions that are both coherent and effective – for themselves and their teams.
I am an Associate Coach with the German Federal Association for Coaching (DBVC) and the International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC), and I work in accordance with their methodologies and quality standards.

- Business Administration Graduate specializing in Marketing, Controlling, and Intercultural Management (University of Osnabrück, Germany)
