TEAMS

Workshops for Leaders and Organizations

These workshops foster empathy-based skills within teams and offer practical ways to integrate them into everyday work. Examples include navigating conflict situations, managing change processes, working in multicultural teams, building a constructive error culture, and addressing neurodiversity in the workplace.

My workshops are designed as in-house events for your organization. They place a strong emphasis on self-reflection — without requiring participants to share private or sensitive information. To allow participants to fully engage with the topics, I recommend scheduling the sessions away from day-to-day operational distractions.

Conflicts are inevitable — and important. How we respond to them is within our control. This workshop provides methods for recognizing, understanding, and constructively navigating conflict situations.

It explores stress signals, resource activation, perspective shifts, and communication in high-pressure situations. A personal action plan supports the transfer of insights into everyday work.

Do you know the number one empathy killer? Stress! The World Health Organization (WHO) also identifies stress as one of the major health risks of the 21st century. For this reason, I offer a dedicated workshop focused on understanding how stress arises and how we can manage it effectively.
