The components of individual stress development will be experienced: the perception of a situation, its evaluation and the use of one’s own resources to deal with the situation. Offline. Real. Yes, but they build on each other. That means that seminar module 1 Perception – My Senses, the Stress and I can be booked individually and is then a prerequisite for seminar module 2 Reaction – My Resources, the Stress and I. Both are in turn a prerequisite for seminar module 3 Healthy Leadership – My Team, the Stress and I.

No, all that is needed is a quiet room. I work completely offline and analogue with the participants. In our digitalised and overstimulated work environment, we consciously want to focus on experiencing our perceptions and reactions.

The team seminars are interactive and practice-oriented. Each topic includes a maximum of 10 minutes of theory. The rest of the time, the participants experience for themselves how they perceive, evaluate and react and how this can affect their perception of stress. This is only possible in appropriately small groups.

Yes, please contact me if you would like to conduct the seminar modules for your employees as a retreat at an external location. We will find the right place for you and I will prepare an offer for you.

The team seminars not only yield a benefit for the participants but can also function as a team-building measure. Shared experiences and insights promote cohesion, especially on such a personal topic as stress. Very specific shared workday situations can be taken up as examples. If you like to work on individual concerns for yourself or your managers, I recommend individual coaching.
