Empathy from personal experience
I have found my calling with a great deal of passion and curiosity

I love my job

This was true for 20 years as a marketing executive in industry and it is even more true today. My experiences with the development of stress in the workplace and its health effects have motivated me to expand my knowledge.

Big Five for Life

In 2018 I experienced a low point in my health that made me realise, in retrospect, how much of an impact I have on my own well-being and how much naturopathic methods support me in doing so.

Two years later I had overcome the low and was bursting with energy. At that time a dear friend gave me the book “The Big Five for Life” by John Strelecky, which, as intended, made me think about my talents, resources and values and formulate 5 life goals (Big Five) for them.

I realised those life goals with ease on a summer evening in 2020 and I noted them down with a blue crayon on the back of one of my daughter’s colouring pages while she was feeding the rabbits. These are my Big Five for Life…

  1. Being a healer
Learn a healing profession and work as a health expert.
  2. Being a loving mother
Give so much unconditional love that it lasts a lifetime and my child is self-confident and happy.
  3. Being a learner
Learn something new every day of my life.
  4. Being a serene person
Being able to accept ups and downs as equally valuable without any ego filters.
  5. Being an inspiring person
Inspire people in their search for healing, happiness, self-confidence and serenity.
